Demo: Wren - An Environment for Deployable Components

Abstract: Wren is a prototypical implementation of an integrated component-based development environment. Novel properties include: (1) the ability to locate and integrate components from remote distribution sites, (2) extensive leveraging of component self-description, and (3) flexible, rapid composition of applications from components with a focus on usability.
