Hotel descriptionThe conference will be held at the Hyatt Newporter, Newport Beach. The Hyatt Newporter is Newport Beach's prime spot for meetings, dining, sports and entertainment. The nearest airport to the hotel is Orange County/John Wayne Airport (SNA). The hotel provides complimentary transportation to and from Orange County/John Wayne Airport and Fashion Island and Balboa Island. The hotel shuttle arrives at the airport for pick up once every hour at 15 minutes past the hour. The first shuttle pick up is at 6:15 A.M. and the last pick up is at 10:15 P.M. To get to the shuttle, exit baggage claim, cross the street, and walk to where the taxis and hotel shuttles pick up. An alternate method of transportation is to use a taxi which will cost $15-20. Other regional airports include LAX and Long Beach Airport. Transportation from either of these airports to the hotel will require either a rental car or paid shuttle. Travellers arriving at LAX could either make use of shared ride vans or rental cars. Travellers arriving at the Long Beach Airport can make use of a variety of ground transport.
