FSE-12 Registration Fees
The FSE-12 Registration fees, listed below, entitle registrants to attend FSE-12, to receive a copy of the FSE-12 Proceedings, and include lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments, and the Student Research Forum and Reception on Tuesday Nov 2.

Tutorial/Workshop Registration Fees
Tutorial and Workshop registration fees, listed below, entitle registrants to attend the tutorial/workshop, and include lunches and morning and afternoon refreshments.

Additionally, QUTE-SWAP registration fees also include a bound "post-proceedings."

Exhibitor Registration Fees
Exhibitor registration fees entitle you to up to two 6'x30" tables for Sunday October 31 - Friday November 5, and include for one person: continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch each day, as well as the reception on Tuesday.

Payments and Cancellations
Payment for registration is required in advance and can only be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

Requests for refunds submitted in writing must be received no later than October 1, 2004, and are subject to a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after October 1, 2004.

Visa Information
For traveling to the United States for attending SIGSOFT 2004/FSE-12, please note that the post "9/11" era may require extra travel planning. Visitors should be particularly careful about Visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance.
