A major goal is to encourage collaborative research and technology transition.
This year we showcase joint industry/ISR relationships focusing on software architecture (Boeing), gaming (Discovery Science Center), and privacy and security (Intel).

Thomas W. Malone, Patrick J. McGovern Professor of Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management, will deliver the keynote address titled "The Future of Work and Processes". |
As in prior years, the evening will close with a reception featuring research posters and demonstrations - always a big hit!
NEW! A highlight this year is a "Graduate Student Research Forum" for
software/information technology students - which is being organized
by a committee of our graduate students. The symposium builds on the success
of the "Students Only" session from the 2004 Forum. Want to
participate or find out more? Click here.
