Abstract: A presentation of key contributions to the World Wide Web by
researchers at UC Irvine from the inception of the WWW as we know it
today. This includes efforts in the development of clients, servers,
protocols, and the fundamental underlying architecture of the web.
Bio:
Justin R. Erenkrantz is a PhD student at the University of California,
Irvine. His forthcoming dissertation is entitled Architectural
Dissonance and Harmony in REST-based Applications. He serves as a
Director for The Apache Software Foundation and has been a long-time
contributor to the Apache HTTP Server, Subversion, APR, and Serf.
