Wang ICSE SEIS 2018 paper

Zhendong Wang (D. Redmiles, advisor) presented his paper titled “Competence-Confidence Gap: A Threat to Female Developers’ Contribution on GitHub” in the Software Engineering in Society (SEIS) track at ICSE 2018 in Gothenburg, Sweden in May. The paper is co-authored by alum Prof. Yi (Oliver) Wang, Rochester Institute of Technology, and his advisor Prof. David Redmiles. Wang also served as a student volunteer at ICSE.
