| Abstract | Cross-system personalization (CSP), an innovative technology that enables consistent personalized user experience across different applications, platforms and even devices, is gaining substantial momentum both in academia and industry. Despite the potential benefits to both service providers and end users, CSP raises thorny privacy issues. This paper discusses these potential privacy issues in CSP and suggests directions for future research. |
